A hybrid flash drive is a small device just alike the other flash drives but possess a alternative connector i.e it possess dual connector at the ends. The one end is the usual standard USB (connect able to computer or TV) while the other end is mini USB (connect able to mobiles).

There are many Flash drives out there which is best in class, but least of them offer hybrid sticks and even least from them offer hybrid with Type 'C' USB. People wonder whether to buy the hybrid one or buy a normal Flash drive and an OTG cable. According to me, the option is to buy a hybrid Flash drive rather than buying OTG accessories. OTG often are low quality accessories, which are not destined to work for months. Maybe you bought a OTG accessory today and you find it broken tomorrow... No wonder considering the quality and how cheap they are made. People have to carry the cable along with the pen drive at every point, which is annoying as well as feels burden. This is considered as a Era of Rush, so people always need the best to rely on. Well OTG cable aren't the reliable accessory. So, I would rather prefer you to spend a little and buy a hybrid pen drives, which are best considering the On The Go cables.
