Mercedes-Benz S-Class facelift to be launch on 26th February

India's first manufactured  Mercedes-Benz car will be going launch on 26th February....

Mercendes-Benz became the first car manufacturer in India to showcase the Bharat Stage VI complaint vehicle a few weeks back.Now the Germany manufacturer has officially announced the launch date model in India.The facelifted S-Class will be launched on 26th February and this car will be the first car made in India BS VI complaint vehicle on the India roads.
 
The luxury saloon is powered by a 3.0-litre,straight six-cylinder deisel engine with an output of 286 Bhp and 600 Nm.The new engine replaces the 3.0 litreV6 engine that producesd the 258 Bhp-620 Nm.The manufacturer says that the new S-Class will be able to run on BS-IV compliant fuel that is widely available in India till the new BS VI compliant fuel becomes common.The Indian government has made April 2020 as the deadline to roll out BS VI compliant cars and the BS VI fuel will be available at the National Capital,New Delhi from April 2018.Following that, the fuel will be rolled out throughout country.

The new S-class facelift gets small changes on the exterior part of the model. There are new headlamps, tail-lamps and bumpers.And on the interior part, it gets a brand new 12.3 inch touchscreen infotainment system,new wooden inserts with leather trims,new ambient lighting and a new fragrance spray that keeps the car fresh. However the Luxury features like the ventilated seats with body massage function, four-zone climate control,electrically powered seats seat heating with cooling and much more were remain unchanged.

The S 350d will be the first BS VI compliant diesel Mercedes in India. However, this car comes in diffrent engine options like a new inline 6-cylinder petrol engine and the range-topping twin-turbo V8
engine that were launched at the 2018 Auto expo.This brand new car recently introduced the S 560 priced at Rs. 1.94 crores and S 650 at Rs. 2.73 crores at the launch event.
