OnePlus 6 revealed and will be having Snapdragon 845...
As all you guys might have heard that OnePlus 6 will be having Snapdragon 845 chipset.Now in an interview with CNET,the OnePlus CEO Pete Lau confirmed that news. However he also said that OnePlus 6 will release in June.
The Pete Lau said that they have no other choice than the Snapdragon 845. The handset is set to release late in second quarter, which ends in the June 30. The Pete Lau actually hasn't confirmed the name for this smartphone
Lau apparently isn't 100% sure if OnePlus will out a second device in 2018 (a 6T), but given what's happened in the past two years we'd say that's obviously a possibility.
And finally, the Chinese company is opening to partnering up with the US carriers for sale of it's handsets. Lau said,"If the right opportunity and the right time come along, we will be happy to experiment". But Lau declined to give any details as to when a deal might be struck. It is interesting to see if OnePlus actually manages to persuades US carriers to go this route, especially in the light of Huawei's recent failure to do so.
