Are you tired of always having to rotate your screen and damn it doesn't even rotate, right????? Or sometimes you don't intend to rotate but your screen rotates on its own??? Well, I have always faced this problems, probably smartphones are still not fully adaptable to the environment and human behaviour but they sure are evolving.
Announcements about Android are already been surfaced, and some features have been published on various sites. One of the feature of Android "P" is the solution for the above mentioned problem.
Feature: Screen rotate button on Navigation bar!!!

Screen rotation button |
If you are someone like me, you are annoyed of this rotating screen and loved the screen lock option in MIUI. Well, no worries now, Android "P" is gonna bring a change.
In this version of Android Google has integrated a screen rotation button at the left bottom side of your navigation bar. Although, auto-rotation is off, you can still change the view and lock it.
The button is available alongside the navigation buttons. Till now, Android UI provided the option to choose between automated and NO rotation option. Now, this button can change that, it will become a lot easier for you rotate your screen. For example: when you are in a application and you want to visit it in landscape view, just drag your navigation bar, there at the left corner you would find a button, just click it and viola there's your landscape view. Well, the main thing is that it will lock your screen upto the point where you either leave the app or rotate the screen again!!!!
Here's a gif to make it more understandable...
This is all, I know about it now!!! Will be updating you as soon as I know more. And I'd be uploading more features one by one which will make a lot easier to understand them. So, do subscribe to our blog.
